Requirements

BS + 2 years experience
C/C++ programming and debugging
Programming and debugging using UNIX system calls.

Network programming using TCP/IP and Sockets.
Microsoft Windows programming
Development using Multi-threaded architectures

Requirements

MS + 3 years of UNIX System administration experience required.

Good Knowledge of 3 or more of following:

Configuration of File Systems.
Tuning of System parameters.
Cluster installation and administartion.
Backup/Restore management.
Network monitoring and setup.

Requirements

Good knowledge of five or more of the following:

OSI layers, TCP/IP, address classes, Subnetting, ICMP
TCP/IP network configuration, ARP, RARP , bootp, DHCP
Use of network sniffers, protocol analyzers
Routing protocols - RIP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
Ping, traceroute, tftp, route, ifconfig and other commands
Configuration of terminal servers, dial-in access servers, PPP, modems
Cisco router configuration, access lists, TACACS, RADIUS
Configuration of Switches, VLANS
Configuration of NFS, NIS, DNS
Configuration of proxies, NAT, firewalls-application and packet filtering
Configuration of Sendmail, mail routing, spam filtering

Principal Software Engineer
Lead development of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking software

Requirements

MS or equiv+3 years or BS+5 years in CS or CIS
Experience in leading software development projects
Experience in networking
Experience in SNMP, able to implement SNMP agent on switch/router
Embedded software development experience in real time operating systems.
Experience with Programming languages like C, C++, Perl, or Tcl/Tk
Experience in working with fault tolerant systems.
Experience in routing protocols like RIP, OSPF, or BGP.
Previous experience with writing device drivers.

Senior Software Engineers
Design and develop systems software for UNIX operating systems.

Requirements

MS or equiv +3 years or BS+5 years in CS or Comp. Eng
Programming and debugging in C

Experience in development and testing of device drivers.

Experience in UNIX kernel.

Experience with performance analysis and tuning of protocol stacks.

Provide technical guidance.
